Why do we need to grow Triphala?
Triphala is a herbal medicine recipe that has been used since the time of the Buddha. The Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine revealed that Triphala has properties to enhance immunity and adjust the elements. In the past few years, there has been an outbreak of new and severe infectious diseases. If we have good immunity, it will help reduce infection. And the disease that affects the development of modern children is allergies in children, which are increasing in the present, which affects children’s development in the long term. Triphala herbs are therefore an option that can help prevent diseases before they occur. Triphala consists of Thai tamarind, Indian gooseberry, and Indian gooseberry. It can maintain balance and build good immunity. If you are healthy, have good balance, and have good immunity, it will be difficult to catch a disease.
Kanchanaburi Province is a province that is rich in a variety of plants, which are very suitable for cultivation. In addition to its valuable properties in terms of protection and immunity, it is also an economic herbal plant that will allow villagers to have income and live happily with the forest, have a better status, and have good health. It is also a source that helps promote immunity for the general public in disease prevention and health care. It is a model forest for helping society.
