Mr. Seksan Kuayapanik, Director of the Community Forest Management Office, visited the area to study the private sector’s herbal plant cultivation management system. This system is a collaboration between Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCG) and Mr. Phruek Khunpanich, Director of the Thai Traditional Medicine Innovation Center (TTMIC). The Community Forest Management Office will apply this management system to herbal plant cultivation in community forests in Wang Sala and Phanom Thuan districts, Kanchanaburi province, to create model community forests for herbal plant cultivation in the future.
