In my life, I am proud to be born as a Thai, with Buddhism as the national religion. Applying the principles of Buddhism to my daily life, I chant the translations every day. I have come to understand some meanings that I have touched, which may be useful to some people. The principles of Buddhism teach us to know how to give, to use the principle of kindness. From my study of some of the Dharma, the Dharma teaches us that our lives are like a drama. When we die, we will go through the cycle of rebirths, unless we find the path to Nirvana. From studying meditation practice, meditation is a treatment for the mind that has an effect on the body. Watch your breath, come back to study yourself, come back to look at yourself, come back to study the mind.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation in many countries around the world, taking care of your health and strengthening your body’s immunity by eating nutritious foods, such as vegetables, herbs, and fruits that help boost immunity or are rich in vitamin C or antioxidants or contain important substances that have the potential to reduce viral infections, will help strengthen your body’s immunity, reduce the chances of getting a respiratory infection from COVID-19, or if you get infected, it may help reduce the risk of having severe symptoms. In addition to being beneficial to consumers, it will also help reduce problems in the country’s public health service system.
This is a collaboration between the Royal Forest Department, Ministry of Public Health and the Thai Traditional Medicine Innovation Center to help community forests by creating the TTMIC forest application to collect data on various herbs in the community forest project. The purpose is to collect plants and herbs from community forests to further develop herbs into the herbal production system to support Thai traditional medicine. It is to promote groups of villagers who plant community forests to earn income and to encourage them to help take care of the community forests. It is to help the community forests coordinate as a team to support community forests to plant crops according to market needs. It is to promote community forests to help take care of the forests, not harm the forests, and to live together with the forests sustainably.
The goal is not to build one more new clinic or health center. But it is to act as “System connectors” to upgrade the entire country to become Wellness capital of the world
